Four steps followed by the professional mag wheel repairer in Australia

Buying a car with mag wheels really looks fantastic. It is surely great choice to buy because it not only looks attractive but also quite durable compared with regular wheels.  There are few steps which are followed by the professional mag wheel repairer. Some of them are given by me in this post.

  • Before repairing your alloy wheels, all wheels are removed from the vehicle. This helpful to make sure that, there is no overspray on your vehicle/brake rotors and they also remove e bad stuff in the filtration system.
  • In the mag wheel repairs, they are coated with primer to prevent corrosion and then painted to factory OEM colour or other requested customized colour of the customer. Wheels are sprayed with 2 coats of clear top coat, using the modern technology.
  • After that it is sealed with the clear coat, wheels are baked dry, with the use of the latest IR lamps method.
  • Before the final inspection of the repaired alloy wheels, the wheels are then refitted to the car.
